Beschreibung

Your daily tasks.

• You will be responsible for the quality, timely, and financial management of civil engineering projects in cooperation, including order acceptance, AVOR, on-site construction management, completion, and post-processing with invoicing, adhering to internal process and performance requirements.
• You will instruct and coordinate on-site civil engineering contractors, including engineering offices, and act as the link to the client's representative.
• Working in the office and on the construction site will provide you with a pleasant change of pace.
• Your area of operation is in the Graubünden region.

Your qualifications.

• Completed apprenticeship as a road builder EFZ. Further training as a foreman or site manager is advantageous.
• Extensive professional experience in civil engineering and utility construction.
• Sound knowledge of structures in access and network construction is beneficial.
• Resilient team player with construction management experience.
• Professional interaction with municipalities, authorities, internal and external customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Familiar with electronically creating and developing offers as well as handling orders.
• High customer and cost orientation.
• Fluent in written and spoken German.
• Category B driver's license.
