We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within COO & Intermediaries.

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

Start date: 1 October 2023

Programme duration: 18 months


Join COO & Intermediaries to get to know the Agile Transformation Team and become part of the Chief of Staff Division Management Team in Zurich.


Rotation 1:

Be part of the Agile Transformation and our change journey throughout the organisation by supporting agile transformation content production, facilitation and execution, governance, change management and communication activities.


Rotation 2:
International assignment in Hong Kong or Singapore in the areas of Business Transformation, Technology or Front-supporting areas.

Rotation 3:
Join the Chief of Staff Division Management Team in Zurich.

Within a team of Business Managers, you will provide excellent service to all COO & Intermediaries colleagues, working on strategic initiatives and business as usual activities for the division.

YOUR CHALLENGE:


What to work on?

  • Support the planning, launch and postlaunch support for new agile teams at scale.
  • Coordinating (strategic) initiatives and projects with our Intermediaries Front colleagues and our COO & Intermediaries Chief of Staff division.
  • Preparing accurate, timely and meaningful reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Supporting a wide range of team activities including business as usual tasks.

What to learn?

  • Hands on scale agile transformation methodology in a banking context.
  • Coordination of bank wide, crossarea transformational programmes, corresponding communications and change management techniques.
  • Project and programme management based on SCRUM and agile methodology.
  • Competence to interact with and understand various SMEs and Senior Management.
  • Understanding of the Bank's operations and Front division by cooperating with various stakeholders with the objective to provide excellent service and operational excellence.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in business administration, banking, finance, or related fields (graduation max. 12 months ago)
  • Initial practical experience in the financial industry and/or business management functions, agile experience would be a bonus but not essential
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain an efficient stakeholder management
  • Independent, resilient, and teamoriented personality with excellent interpersonal, organisational and operational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland
