    Polyanalytic is a medical analysis laboratory and is part of the Swiss network Sonic Suisse, a company of the Sonic Group. Our routine laboratory in Lausanne is looking for: Head of Biomedical Analysis Technicians in Immunology/Allergology (m/f) – 80% to 100%Your tasks:- Organize work processes and ensure the proper functioning of each position;- Guarantee the reliability of results by monitoring controls and quality assurance;- Establish human resource planning;- Coordinate and contribute to the development of your team;- Participate in and update procedures;- Assist in implementing new analysis methods and protocols;- Conduct various immunology analyses (autoimmunity, allergology, special protein testing);- Manage non-conformities and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards according to the X norm.Your profile:- You hold a qualification as a biomedical analysis technician (TAB);- You have confirmed experience in team management and routine analysis (autoimmunity, allergology, protein dosing, electrophoresis, etc.);- You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of initiative;- You can work autonomously and proactively;- You can collaborate and communicate in a collegial manner.We offer you:- An indefinite contract- A workload between 80% and 100%, starting immediately or as agreed- 5 weeks of vacation- A dynamic and pleasant working environment within a group.We invite you to send your complete application by email to: Daichi Horiguchi, FAMH Specialist in Clinical & Immunology. jid2562af3aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
