Position Overview:


We are hiring an Assistant to the Head of HR and Marketing, a pivotal role in supporting our growth in the sustainable energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assistant to the Head of

Human Resources:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Assist in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and other departments.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in organizing HRrelated events and contribute to projects.
  • Support general office and company organization.

Marketing Department:

  • Research and stay abreast of digital marketing trends.
  • Assess and implement new digital tools and strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to content development and utilize digital analytics tools.
  • Manage budget allocation for digital marketing tools.
  • Facilitate team training on new digital tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments for cohesive use of digital technologies.
  • Support Marketing Management in developing and implementing strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German, Greek, Italian, Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Experience in administrative HR and marketing support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting technology.
  • Willingness to relocate to Switzerland.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexibility and ability to work overtime.
  • Experience in digital marketing or techfocused marketing.
  • Understanding of social media and digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Base gross salary of 60,000 CHF per year, with potential for increase.
  • Performancebased salary scaling plan and participation in the equity program.
