We're looking for an experienced product owner to strengthen our start-up team based in Zurich, Switzerland.

You'll join a highly motivated and skilled startup team of experts in company building, design, machine learning, software engineering, customer success, digital marketing & sales.
Our decisionmaking processes are flat & fast and there are many interesting challenges waiting for you in the market or/and product development team.
Working remotely is very much welcome, and flexible working hours are no problem.
We work for outcome, think and live ownership, not hierarchies.
Teamwork and human values are very important to us.
Parttime employment is possible.
If you are ambitious and have the necessary skills, we offer you the opportunity to develop into the Product Lead (CPO) position with responsibility for all Imnoo SaaS services, and the opportunity to become Imnoo shareholder.

Minimum qualifications

You are a great project leader, and love to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
You have expertise in translating business needs into requirements for features.
You have experience in defining and documenting business requirements for new features, and prioritizing requirements based on programmatic impact and strategic objectives.
You are strong in clearly and effectively communicating with users, software engineers, UX designers, customer success and sales managers.
You have a usercentric mindset with a focus on improving user experiences.
You are able to work under pressure and love to work in diverse teams of challengers and champions.
You love daytoday user interaction in support sessions or UATs.
You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills, and a pragmatic, proactive and independent working style.
You have passion for contributing to the growth and transformation of systems for the benefit of manufacturers.
You are a team player, you are not a yes(wo)man, and you like to take ownership and responsibility.
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
You have a Swiss/EU passport or a valid Swiss work permit.

Preferred qualifications:

You have experience in the manufacturing industry.
You have experience in executing a Product-MarketFit strategy.
You have a degree in computer sciences, physics, mechanical engineering, management sciences, and/or you are a doityourself maniac.
Our preferred tools are Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365.
