Your mission:


We are looking for an experienced agile Product Owner (in Basel/Bern/Zurich) to drive successful projects and push the boundaries of employee experience with our clients using the LiveTiles platform.


You will be the responsible link between our customers and one of our Agile teams leading implementation projects and working side-by-side with our diverse clients to transform their employee experience needs.


What you'll do:


  • Work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and transform them into user stories on the backlog of the SCRUM team.
  • Provide team coaching as a leader with a focus on continuous improvement and team productivity together with the Scrum Master.
  • Responsible for architecture design, development and delivery of the Microsoft SharePoint and cloudbased solutions at enterprise level, based on our products and M365 stack.
  • Provide SharePoint expertise, conduct workshops and training sessions, planning and managing our clients requirements; analysis, design, scheduling and delivery of solutions to meet customer expectations.
  • Configuration of changes on customer environments with our products and identify new opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Custom development for customers within our eco system.
  • Manage budgets, roadmaps and expectations in customer projects, prepare timesheets for invoicing.
  • Create implementation proposals and support account management in their sales engagement with existing customers, represent your team in sales presentations.

What we're looking for:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 3+ years experience with agile project management
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role including requirements gathering, hosting workshops and other forms of consultancy.
  • 5+ years professional experience with.
NET, preferably using C#.

  • 2+ years professional experience with SharePoint.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills, and ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Fluent or native German speaker, advanced in spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication skills, a confident and competent predisposition as well as openness and delight in relating to people.
