Your role

Do you have an agile mindset and are eager to bring our client's closer to our digital platform (e/mobile banking)?
Do you proactively go the extra mile, are you an enabler and make things happen?
We are looking for a digitally savvy colleague who will:
engage clients with a memorable and personalized E/Mobile -Banking experience

- help and guide our clients in a 1:1 session to navigate through our digital platform (e/mobile banking)
- enable our clients' to take advantage of all its capabilities and self service functions
- answer our clients' questions about our digital platform

Your team

You will be part of the highly skilled and motivated Digital Agent team in the WM Service Line within the Front Support Office (FSO) in BCCH located in Zurich Altstetten, Renens or Manno.
Our team is truly international, passionate for digital solutions and on top of that also highly motivated to provide a solution to every problem. We create an amazing working environment, where trust, teamwork and open communication are of paramount importance.

Your expertise
- expertise on remotely supporting and navigating clients
- ability to identify clients' needs and adopt the session towards it
- curious mindset and experience of self-identifying problems and opportunities
- strong problem solving skills and ability to offer tactical and strategic solutions
- excellent verbal communication skills in German (French or Italian) and English to provide our clients a first class experience. Any additional language is an advantage.
- analytical capabilities to spot the right clients and prioritize accordingly
