Job summary
We are looking for a Vice President Corporate Communications & Change to shape Datwyler's culture and corporate narrative.A strategic Group role in which you drive transformation communication and strengthen leadership alignment across the organization.
Responsibilities
A list of responsibilities:- Drive clear communication of priorities, strategy, culture and change across the Group.
- Advise and enable the Leadership Team in communicating transformation and strategic initiatives effectively.
- Lead the internal communication strategy, including messaging cascades, engagement formats and stakeholder alignment.
- Build and manage a global change and ambassador network, including KPIs and measurement frameworks.
