Location:
Zurich (Fully remote EU)

Occupancy: 50%


The technical architect reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Systems and the Head of Digital Workplace Connectivity and commits to the tasks to be allocated by the project manager.

You will lead and execute the end-to-end solution design (architecture) and implementation.

The project is to decommission the on-premises data center and the disaster recovery center and move to cloud (Azure / AWS / SaaS).


You will:

  • Redesign and implement the endtoend high availability / network redundancy concept

Expertise:

  • Experience in core and client connectivity
  • Experience in leading architecture and security reviews for a solution design
  • Experience in design of resilient highavailable networks.
  • Knowhow and experience in:
  • Connectivity: MPLS, ISP, Microsoft ExpressRoute, AWS DirectConnect
  • Routing: Cisco, SD-WAN Aruba
  • Firewalls: Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco, Aruba
  • Reverse Proxies: KEMP, Zscaler
  • Wifi: Cisco
  • Others: VMWare, Azure, AWS
