This is what you can look forward to:

Within the Oncology business unit and its in-line and launch brands, the commercial strategy manager's main purpose is to plan, develop and implement strategic and cross-functionally aligned omnichannel brand marketing plans and programs to ensure the Oncology BU meets and exceeds its strategic business goals and financial objectives.

In this role, you will support the country brand lead for the Onco-Hematology & Biosimilars portfolio.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible of brand performance and marketing spend in the assigned portfolio
  • Leading and executing the entire spectrum of omnichannel marketing activities with a strong focus on digital capabilities and materials
  • Support launch planning and execution for a key asset
  • Planning and managing the customerfocused omnichannel journey
  • Define customer facing activities in close collaboration with the field force in alignment with customer needs
  • Localization of global brand strategies
  • Develop short, medium
- and long-term market and sales forecasts for the assigned products

  • Perform market and competitor analysis
  • Crossfunctional collaboration at local and global level in a hybrid work model for various activities
  • Develop deep knowledge of market dynamics, needs and opportunities for the assigned brands
  • Support training of field force
  • Participate in relevant national/international conferences and ad boards
  • Work with Oncology Lead for consistency and alignment of operational activities with other brands

What you offer:

  • University degree in Science, Health Sciences or Business/Economics
  • 23 years experience in similar role (oncology and/or hematooncology experience considered a plus)
  • Excellent technical marketing skills and digital mindset (market/product/customer needs analysis, SWOT analyses, creation of competitive strategies, objectives, action plan, KPIs definition and monitoring)
  • Good Financial/Business/Forecasting analysis skills
  • Ability to manage complexity (across brand, functions, cultures) and lead without authority in a highly matrixed working environment
  • Excellent project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate complex content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Fluent in German and English, French desirable
