HR and Finance Administrator - part time and hybrid


Perfect for part-time administrators or assistants with some experience in employee onboarding, time tracking, financial accounting and account receivables etc.


Location:
Basel, Switzerland


Scope: 50-80%

Tasks


Role:

- to support Finance and HR directors of a successful software company


Requirements:


Must Haves:


  • Fluent English and German
  • Experience in Finance area: for example financial accounting, management accounting or controlling, accounts receivable, billings
  • Experience in HR area
- for example employee onboarding, time tracking, social insurance, recruitment, project management, task management

  • Great client communication skills
  • Some IT skills: Power Point, Excel, MS Word, SAP FI, ZTIME nice to have
  • Commercial training nice to have
  • Creative thinking, great organizational skills, quick decision making
  • BA degree
