The Opportunity - Commercial Director

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Director to drive business growth by offering market research services to major FMCG, CPG, and consumer goods firms.

Your role involves expanding our client base, leading a team, and maximizing sales opportunities.

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue goals within the FMCG, CPG, and consumer goods sectors.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and position Catalyx as the preferred consultancy partner.
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Directors to achieve exceptional results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with client needs.
• Manage the entire sales process and provide strategic insights to foster growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and enhance service offerings.
• Maintain client satisfaction and contribute to sales strategies.

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in market research for FMCG, CPG, and consumer goods.
• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and nurturing client relationships.
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
• Deep knowledge of market research and consumer goods industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
