Your mission at Climeworks is to design and enforce a Risk management methodology, ensuring prompt identification, mitigation, and monitoring of information security risks.

You work as part of the Information Security team within the IT Unit, and you are responsible for ensuring the availability confidentiality and integrity of Climeworks' IT, OT and information assets.
You are a trusted security partner for Business and IT Project leaders, advising them during the entire project/process lifecycle to ensure timely identification and management of Information security risks; and proper enforcement of existing and newly designed Information security capabilities.
You are a member of the Enterprise Architecture office to ensure that the balance between business outcomes and security risk is maintained.
You support development of Information Security Principles, Policies, and Standards coordinating across various Architecture domains.
You support Information Security operations, working in close collaboration with cybersecurity partners to ensure effective use of information security assets and resources.
You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable work experience.
You bring experience in implementing, configuring and managing technology such as MS Entra, MS Defender suite, MS Pureview, Sentinel SIEM.
Security Testing / Cloud Security / IoT Security are not just buzzwords for you.
You have a solid understanding of security controls and security frameworks (e.g., CSF NIST, CIS Controls, ISO27001).
You have excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
You have effective communication and collaboration abilities.
You can assess how technology changes impact security and risk profiles.
You are familiar with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, ITGC).
You can balance business needs vs. security considerations.
