Sales Development Manager

Location:
Basel


The aim of this position:


  • Acquiring new Customers
  • Serving and supporting Existing Customers
  • Maintaining various Clientrelated projects
  • Conducting marketing and advertising activities

Responsibilities:

New Customer Area:


  • Approaching potential customers together with Business Development and Sales
  • Participation in sales presentations and appointments
  • Consistent followup of offers and customer inquiries

Existing Customer Area:


  • Maintaining the relationships with existing customers on the highest level
  • Contacting Customers regularly together with Business Development and Sales
  • Recognizing Customers' needs and offering targeted solutions

Project-related Area
  • In cooperation with the Team in Warsaw:
  • Organization of appointments
  • Preparing offers
  • Establishing transition projects
  • Coordination between customer representatives and Team in Warsaw
  • Close cooperation with Senior Management

Marketing area:


  • Initiating and fostering social media content (LinkedIn and other)
  • Collaboration on events/presentations/conferences/fares etc.

Our requirements:


  • Degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Management or similar area
  • Languages
    :Fluency in English and in German is a must, Polish will be an asset
  • Sales experience gained in services/IT area
  • Technical affinity
  • Good knowledge and skills in Social Media area
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Readiness for business trips
