Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Switzerland. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as a Change Manager.


Your main responsibilities:

Develop a strong functional knowledge of the solution & processes
Conduct impact & gap analyses
Adapt change management roll-out strategy and plan
Adapt communication strategy and plan, deliver original and engaging multi-channel communications (SharePoint pages, e-learnings, Yammer posts...)
Adapt training strategy and plan, deliver the train the trainer sessions
Manage business stakeholders, animate the KU network
Anticipate the definition of target governance, support & administration processes
Coordinate efforts with other project stakeholders, and change management community
Define and measure adoption metrics and monitor change progress
Ensure consistency between plans defined for various projects impacting the same populations


Qualifications:

Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or Business School
Experience of 3 years as a Change Specialist or Change Manager
Curiosity & ability to quickly learn about business issues
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, client orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
