About this job:
Position Overview:
- Coordinate the quarterly risk reporting process for PartnerRe's European entities
- Support the annual risk identification and assessment process for PartnerRe's European entities
- Support other enterprise risk management processes for PartnerRe's European entities as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the quarterly risk reporting process for the European entities of PartnerRe, engaging with all relevant stakeholders across the areas Non-Life, Life & Health, Market and operational risks
- Contribute to and lead the risk assessment process for selected risk categories with relevant stakeholders within PartnerRe (with support from the CRO)
- Contribute to other enterprise risk management processes of PartnerRe's European entities such as recovery planning, risk appetite, emerging risk etc.
Qualifications:
About you:
- Quantitative (STEM, actuarial or similar) or economics background
- At least 35 years of experience in the re(insurance) industry
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks
- Good knowledge of at least one risk area of the following: Life, Non-Life, Investments
- Structured and organized with good project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
