About this job:

Position Overview:

Coordinate the quarterly risk reporting process for PartnerRe's European entities
Support the annual risk identification and assessment process for PartnerRe's European entities
Support other enterprise risk management processes for PartnerRe's European entities as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate the quarterly risk reporting process for the European entities of PartnerRe, engaging with all relevant stakeholders across the areas Non-Life, Life & Health, Market and operational risks
Contribute to and lead the risk assessment process for selected risk categories with relevant stakeholders within PartnerRe (with support from the CRO)
Contribute to other enterprise risk management processes of PartnerRe's European entities such as recovery planning, risk appetite, emerging risk etc.

Qualifications:

About you:

Quantitative (STEM, actuarial or similar) or economics background
At least 35 years of experience in the re(insurance) industry
Familiarity with risk management frameworks
Good knowledge of at least one risk area of the following: Life, Non-Life, Investments
Structured and organized with good project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
