For our global headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, we are looking for an

AREA TEAM LEAD RETAIL ARCHITECTURE

(M/F/X - 100%)

The Area Team Lead Retail Architecture is leading a team of 3 architects responsible for strategic high visibility projects such as flagship boutiques and projects within the US focus market.

This position is a key point of contact for the Department Manager Brand Architecture on the status of the ongoing and upcoming projects, including timelines, budgets and establishment of respective milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and organize a team of 3 architects
Supervise design development, project management, timing, budgets and quality outcome of the allocated projects
Project lead of own complex projects in planning and implementation following corporate guidelines and standards
Optimize team processes to ensure efficient and sleek workflow and reporting
Provide resources allocation and planning for upcoming projects within responsible regions
In cooperation with PM Technical Engineering strategize regional supplier sourcing
Work with Creative, Visual Merchandising, Sales and Finance teams to ensure opening stores on time and within targeted budgets

YOUR PROFILE:

Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent education in project management with professional experience in store development
Minimum five years experience in architecture, store development or interior design (planning and implementation of architectural projects as well as negotiation and buying of architectural services)
Excellent architectural project management capabilities and the ability to work under pressure
Experience in planning and implementation of luxury retail boutiques
Full business proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
Handson personality that easily communicates in an international environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Adobe Suite
ArchiCAD/Vectorworks knowledge is a plus
