Janssen Business Services (JBS) belongs to the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. JBS is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.


Within JBS, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with Janssen Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for Finance Manager JBS Controlling & Transition Manufacturing Agreement to join the JBS organization in Switzerland


The purpose of the role is to actively contribute to the stand-up of the financial activities around TMAs as well as the ongoing controlling & reporting aspect, whilst supporting the Janssen Controlling team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead internal and external management and execution of the Transition Manufacturing Agreement (TMA) with third parties including quarterly TMA income controlling across Janssen.
  • Coordination & active involvement in annual Standard Costing across Janssen Manufacturing Plants for TMA products and collaboration with other JBS sourcing entities.
  • Manage and control oneoff budget related to Kenvue separation.
  • Support JBS Switzerland Controlling team for various aspects in the area of Gross Profit controlling such as profit shares.
  • Contribute to related compliance aspects for the Swiss Principal Companies, including balance sheet reconciliation approvals and annual audit reviews.
  • Responsibility for 12 direct reports

Qualifications:


  • Degree in finance/economics with +7 years of proven experience
  • Strong functional knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance)
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and people leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a virtual organization.
  • Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact all management levels.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
  • Selfmotivated and keen to grow and develop.
