Role Summary


If you have experience and are comfortable leading an international team in a dynamic environment while ensuring business interests are maximized, you would be a great addition to the team.

General Activities Coordinate projects, resources, manage budgets, set individual work
- and development goals and monitor progress towards these goals through regular performance reviews
  • Work with key sales & sales operations stakeholders to aggregate business needs on a global level and manage the team to help work towards them on a regional level
  • Act as a coach and change leader to your team to help them perform, develop and grow in a highly dynamic environment
  • Implement and enforce process standards, guidelines and best practice within the order to cash team
  • Facilitate a culture and spirit of continuous improvement in shaping our commercial platforms with an emphasis on scalability and sustainability
Desired Skills- BA degree in Business Administration, Business Information Management or related field- Experience in leading a diverse team preferably across multiple locations- Good understanding of supply chain operations in a complex and highly regulated industry, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical industry- Solid working experience in SAP and/or Salesforce ideally in order fulfillment activities- Experience in project
- or program management strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to articulate complex issues and communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to engage with, motivate and drive stakeholders without having direct line management authority
  • Cando attitude with an openness to change and ability to work independently with limited resources
