The emphasis of this position is on the protection of intellectual property rights (trademark law, design, and copyright law), including combating counterfeiting/grey market. You also work with associates of all hierarchical levels, whom you support as a sparring partner with advice and actions. You advise and assist our subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on the protection of intellectual property rights. You purposefully apply your in-depth knowledge in the field of digital technologies, as well as intellectual property law and litigation experience, managing complex projects from a legal perspective in several languages and independently developing solutions. In doing so, you recognize the legal and economic implications and quickly assess chances and risks. If necessary, you conduct proceedings with external parties in Switzerland and abroad.Profile - competent and committed. You hold a Swiss patent or an equivalent and have a very good knowledge of intellectual property law. In addition, you demonstrate several years of professional experience within a company or a consulting firm. Persistence, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude towards your tasks are essential.
