- Support the people development leader to make Decathlon the best Swiss employer for apprentices in the retail industry
- Guarantee the quality of apprentice experience within Decathlon (induction, welcome week, daily management, link with schools...)
- Support apprenticeship supervisors in best practices and information sharing (deadlines, legal changes, new developments...)
- Develop, with the support of our Marketing department, public awareness of Decathlon as an apprentice master (open doors, social networks, newspapers, etc.).
- Answer questions from store managers / apprentice masters if they have any questions and manage administrative tasks
- Fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
- Knowledge of the swiss education system / apprenticeship
- Holding an apprenticeship supervisor diploma is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition. Sport is one of your passions
