Junior Relationship Associate

(9 Month Contract)
Experis is the global leader in professional resourcing and project-based workforce solutions.

Overview of contract:

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Geneva, we are looking for a Junior Relationship Associate to partner with Regional Relationship Managers on an assigned portfolio of clients, by providing consistent, enthusiastic, high quality support of relationship management activities.

This is a fixed term contract for 9 months. Start date is ASAP.

Main resp
onsibilities:

Partner with Relationship Managers in support of new business and revenue growth for a designated portfolio of clients.
Provide guidance and support to the dedicated incountry network and coordinate closely with Bankers in the coverage team.
Support account strategies by developing an institutional understanding of the client, eg; their treasury model and philosophy, funding model and cash management strategy, wallet sharing and bank group, decision making, subsidiary support policy.
Assist the Relationship Manager in implementing calling plans, call tracking, joint pipeline reviews and internal client remapping tasks, and placemats creation and update.
Effectively engage the Network and Product partners in support of opportunities and help position products and services to clients.
Secure effective engagement of Product, Service and Delivery to support the execution and resolution of client related issues.
Drive the credit approval process, respond to credit requests and enquiries, monitor credit lines and usages, support overrides, recommend efficiencies.
Ensure Legal, Support and Credit documentation is up to date.
With the time act as a back up to Banker
Support the resolution of Compliance/KYC/AML related risk issues
Support the Business Head in business support activities such as client event organization, preparation of presentations, client meetings and team's agenda

Your
expertise:

Bachelor/ Master Degree in banking or equivalent
Up to 3 years of banking experience preferred, preferably in relationship or client onboarding
Able to create and sustain valuable working relationships with clients, with product partners and stakeholders
Understanding of KYC and regulatory environment
Good understanding of cash management, trade, FX, loans
Positive track record of working in a demanding environment and under pressure
English mandatory, French will be considered
