- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing L&D practices, resources, and technologies.
- Engage key stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and align on L&D vision and strategy.
- Develop a strategic plan for the central L&D function, defining objectives, key results, and timelines.
- Assist in the implementation of the L&D strategy, providing recommendations on technologies and processes.
- Develop change management strategies and facilitate communication and training programs.
- Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related disciplines, preferred Psychology or Industrial Organization.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in L&D strategy development and implementation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
