Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing L&D practices, resources, and technologies.


• Engage key stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and align on L&D vision and strategy.


• Develop a strategic plan for the central L&D function, defining objectives, key results, and timelines.


• Assist in the implementation of the L&D strategy, providing recommendations on technologies and processes.


• Develop change management strategies and facilitate communication and training programs.


• Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related disciplines, preferred Psychology or Industrial Organization.


• Fluency in English (C1 level).


• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.


• Proven experience in L&D strategy development and implementation.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
