This role sits right at the center of daily operations If you're the kind of person who notices details before they become problems enjoys bringing order to moving parts and knows how to support people without making noise about it keep reading The company An independent asset management firm based in Geneva operating for over 20 years The firm works with international private clients and families focusing on long-term wealth management and a disciplined investment approach What you'll be doing You'll be the go-to person for smooth office operations including Managing day-to-day office administration Running reception services meeting rooms and visitor flow Supporting travel arrangements and expense processes Preparing correspondence handling deliveries and coordinating suppliers Managing invoices office resources and internal logistics Organising internal meetings executive visits and company events Supporting operational projects digital tools and internal systems In short you make sure things work calmly efficiently professionally Who we're looking for This role is for someone who combines structure with flexibility Experience requirements include Having had experience working as an Office Manager or Assistant Previous experience in supporting administrative teams would also be beneficial Communication skills are essential as well as having good organisational skills A flexible attitude towards changing priorities is also required
