WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?

Within the E-Business Team, reporting to the E-business Operational Excellence Manager, you will be a key contributor of the Operationnal Excellence Team, focusing on delivering business development project & enriching and fulfilling the client promise for our Online Retail boutiques.

You will be key in the process improvement for our online retail environment to imagine and deliver new ways to serve the client.

You will be focus on client experience, stock systems and delivering tools. Firstly, you will need to analyze opportunities and market trends to understand systems and flows supporting online retail.

You will optimize our process and propose better ways to operate in our online retail environment, working with multiple functional areas in a matrix environment.

Finally, you will drive relevant analysis, based on specific trends of online retail business, to understand luxury online environment and bring new recommendations.
