We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated CRM/ Marketing Automation expert to join our marketing department. If you're anambitious individual who wants to build a career in customer journeys andmarketing automation, then we want to work with you.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager Operations and Products, the successfulcandidate will provide analytical and operational support in executing themarketing strategy and plan for the entire portfolio focusing on marketingautomation.
Collaborating with the Marketing Product Managers and Specialist, the candidatewill proactively implement marketing automation campaigns that help meet annualproduct revenue targets with a focus on IATA Events.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketer with a track record ofachieving impressive results. You thrive in challenging situations. You love totest and learn innovation. You use data to rigorously assess marketingeffectiveness and develop journeys to turn prospects into clients.
In your role you will analyze the results of campaigns and compile theseresults in comprehensive reports.
What your day would be like
Design and executemarketing automation campaigns that demonstrate direct revenue impact;
- Set up automated campaigns with the objective to nurture leads and developthem through the marketing funnel.
- Analyze campaign results and apply learnings to future campaigns; develop specializedknowledge about the right marketing automation tactics for various marketingobjectives and products and advise marketing managers accordingly;
- Contribute to standardizing the marketing automation processes
- Support sales by buildinga pipeline targeting the appropriate audience both inside and outside theaviation industry in close coordination with the marketing managers;
- Research industry trends and identify sales opportunities in co-ordinationwith the marketing and sales team;
We would love to hear from you if you meet the following criteria
At least (3) years of experience in a related position
At least (2) years of experience working with an email CRM tool in an administrative function (not just a user)
Salesforce certifications are big assets;
Proven track record of delivering on revenue objectives and marketing campaigns
Administrative responsibilities of Salesforce CRM platform
Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
Highly developed in the following proficiencies:
customer experience;
Campaign management and execution;
metrics measurement and ROI;
Advanced analysis & report writing skills focused on delivering insights and actionable recommendations while overseeing the implementation of the recommendations
Strong solution-focused work ethic with a high degree of flexibility, supporting multiple projects of varying complexities and priorities;
Highly organized and detailed oriented, with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well independently and in a team.
Excellent oral and written English
Experience with Google Analytics – Certification is a plus;
Experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement);
Experience with Marketing Cloud
