Job summary
I am recruiting for a Senior Layout IC Engineer on behalf of my client, a long-established semiconductor company based in the Canton of Bern in Switzerland.
This is a stable and technically engaging environment where engineers work across the full IC development cycle.The role suits someone with a strong background in analog/mixed-signal layout who enjoys coordination and teamwork rather than hands-on layout execution.
- Coordinate all layout activities between design teams and external partners
- Plan and monitor timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple projects
- Review layout data for accuracy and compliance with design guidelines
