Administrative Associate Secondary Campus

Start date 1 August 2023, full-time

The Administrative Associate is an integral member of the Secondary Campus Team and will work as a secondary campus main office receptionist managing a variety of administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service. The Administrative Associate has a supportive role for all Secondary Campus' stakeholders meaning students, parents, faculty and the local community and works under the supervision of the Office Managers, Assistant Principals as well as Principals.

Responsibilities

Manage Student Attendance tracking

Assist with Facility and Room bookings as well as coordinate bus drivers/van allocations

General administrative office work

Manage Petty cash
***:

Assist Office Manager with Calendar entries (Google / Finalsite)

Help receive/check/distribution of deliveries when purchaser not around
***:
-
Organize beginning and end of school year logistics (such as Locker allocations, Individual student photo schedule and coordination, Classroom supplies, etc.)

Manage Lost and Found
***:
-
Support Office Managers during special projects/events (such as the Awards Ceremony, Graduation, Mission Week, Student Field Trips

Assist Principal and Office Manager in organizing the Emergency/Evacuation Procedures

-
Uses the school information systems (i.e. PowerSchool, School Buddies, FinalSite) to keep records up to date and manage reports

Required qualifications
******:

Proficiency in English - speaking, reading and writing (C2)
***:
-
German Language Level - speaking (B1), reading and writing (A2)
***:
-
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service, hospitality or front of house
***:

Experience organizing and implementing work events
***:

A commitment to relationship building with students, colleagues and families

Competent in IT and online communication skills
