- Leiten von Ideenworkshops, Think Tanks mit Kunden und Pitch Präsentationen
- Mitentwicklung der strategischen Ausrichtung deines Bereichs
- Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Design, Exhibition Design, Innenarchitektur, Szenografie oder ähnliches
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Personalführung, mindestens drei Jahre Führungserfahrung von Teams in gleicher Grösse
- Expertise im Konzipieren und Realisieren von temporären und fixen Erlebnisräumen
- Fundierte Branchenkenntnisse und eigener Anspruch, stets auf dem neuesten Stand bezüglich digitaler Trends zu sein
- Gewandt und sicher in der Anwendung von Keynote und der Adobe Palette; sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Teams, Asana; Instagantt von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, stilsicheres und fliessendes Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
