    JOB PURPOSE

    The Finance Transformation Manager will assume the pivotal role of overseeing our system integration endeavors and spearheading our Power BI initiatives within the finance application landscape. This individual will be entrusted with ensuring global coordination, project adherence, and timely delivery. Based in our office in Geneva, Switzerland, the Finance Transformation Manager will actively participate in planning, executing, controlling, and closing phases of various initiatives in collaboration with Finance and other Business Units.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Global Finance System Integration:


    • System Integration Design: Strategize and design the integration flow within the finance landscape, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow.


    • Business Logic Architect: Define and implement business logic within financial systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.


    • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.


    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the finance transformation domain.

    Power BI:


    • Dashboard Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, transforming complex financial data into intuitive visualizations.


    • Front-End Management: Manage the front-end aspects of Power BI, ensuring a user-friendly interface that meets stakeholder requirements.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:


    • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)


    • Power BI Proficiency: Extensive experience in designing and building Power BI dashboards.


    • Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in managing complex finance transformation or system integration projects.


    • Systems Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of system integration principles and data flow.


    • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions.


    • Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex financial data challenges.


    • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


    • Continuous Learner: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.


    • Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian and French is a plus.
