Do you embrace change and want to be part of an IT Transformation story (from projects to products)? In this position, you will be part of the Enterprise Systems Technology team responsible for Document management System (DMS) capability within the firm.

Your contribution to KPMG
Lead engineering organization to deliver in-flight as well as transformation-oriented programs for the firm's Enterprise Content Management & Collaboration Services
Own delivery value chain and deployment pipeline (people, process and technology) for the portfolio in close collaboration with Value Owners (functions) and System Designers (architects)
Provide delivery management and people leadership services to the value streams of this portfolio, following prevalent practices of lean, agile and DevOps disciplines
Actively lead and manage the portfolio for flow, technical debt and agile maturity, with clear focus on high reliability services

This is what makes you successful
Experience with document management migration exercises, preferably related to data rendition and data classifications policy and entire life cycle around document management system
Ecosystem and domain knowledge in DMS / RMS product space, e.g. Cloud native / API centric products and various technologies around Document Management
Hands-on delivery experience in DevOps oriented software delivery methods, combination of the following or some at least (e.g. flow management, value stream mapping, cost of delay/RICE techniques etc.)
Experience with agile and continuous delivery practices with understanding on associated measures and mechanisms to deliver internal offerings as products
Knowledge of Azure DevOps - ability to deploy and manage engineering tools using the platform
Fluent in English, German is an asset
Learning mindset - ability to adapt to emerging situations
Engineering mindset with capability to roll-up the sleeves - strong sense of software quality through designing, coding and testing
