ROLE DESCRIPTION

Your expertise in software architecture, integrations, APIs, and project management will be crucial in driving the organization towards efficient and effective outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
Project Management: Lead and manage endtoend solution implementation projects, including planning, resource (external and internal) allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure effective implementation of business solutions.
Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend appropriate solutions.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new business solutions across the organization.
Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to endusers, ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and technologies.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Strong API development experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and to developer teams (internal or external)
Strong understanding of API management, architecture and design principles (especially RESTful APIs), gateway/load balancing and other integration patterns
Solid knowledge of cloudbased technologies, preferably with Microsoft Azure
