    What You Will Be Doing
    • Expansion and securing of technological know-how
    • Ensuring knowledge transfer to employees, including those in production areas
    • Technological responsibility over production processes in chocolate manufacturing, including their supervision, ensuring production stability, and optimization (quality, Lean Management)
    • Close collaboration with other R&D Chocolate Competence Centers (Scale-Up), Production, and Engineering (designing new production facilities including commissioning)
    • Leading overarching and interdisciplinary projects
    • Evaluation of new technologies
    What You Bring To The Job
    • Completed degree (University/ETH, University of Applied Sciences, Vocational School) in Food Science, Food Technology, or Nutritional Sciences with a diploma or master's degree
    • Several years of professional experience in chocolate manufacturing (Bean to Bar)
    • Experience with process engineering and various technologies in chocolate production
    • High degree of initiative, performance, and flexibility
    • Creative, analytical thinking, and assertive
    • Ge: B1 – Intermediate
    • En: B2 – Upper Intermediate

    • SAP S/4HANA knowledge
