What's the role?:


In this role you will support the Head of Global Strategic Marketing in all administrative, secretarial and team management tasks.

What does the role involve?:


You will act as the real champion in organizing administrative tasks and executing all secretarial duties in cooperation with the department heads.

This includes making travel arrangements, organizing meeting details and agendas, booking appointments and managing calendars. You will also assist with reports, transcribing notes, preparing presentations.
You ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive, productive and professional.
As an administrative assistant you establish a seamless and positive experience for the whole team. You are well connected to the assistant community across Hilti.
You will also organize events involving Global Strategic Marketing and international Hilti teams and sometimes customers or suppliers.
You will support overarching corporate projects and initiatives like new team member onboarding or driving strategic initiatives and rollouts.

What you need is:


  • Education equivalent to Business and Administration apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) and more than 5 years experience in comparable assistant roles
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and feel comfortable in a fast
- paced international environment

  • Consistent reliability, accuracy and absolute confidentiality
  • Intrinsic motivation and strong team player in a multinational team
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, Businessfluent in English, German language skills a clear benefit
