Location:Bubendorf, SwitzerlandWe are offering you a new challenge in our Marketing department as
Marketing and Communication Assistant (M/F/d) at our site in Bubendorf starting as soon as possible. This position offers great further development chances.

  • We are looking for a trustworthy professional who will be supporting the Marketing team to conduct the activities and projects of the Marketing department.

Tasks:


  • Full management of our business and career events worldwide from planning, organization to coordination (contact with organizers, planning and management of event calendar, staff registration, website updates, layout/elements, logistics, visitor arrangements etc.)
  • Manage company's stationery material and giveaways
(orders, developing new ideas, interface with the printing company, stock management, dispatch to the different group's locations worldwide, templates).

  • Help with document and content creation, formatting or update (PPT, Word...).
  • Support the team with internal and external communication
  • Update and/or create various marketing tools and documents (brochures, banners...).
  • Be responsible for a variety of daytoday and administrative tasks.

Your Profile:


  • Languages: Fluent German & Strong English spoken and written
  • Proven experience and trackrecord of minimum 2 years in the Marketing field and/or event management
  • Good understanding of office management
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Dynamic, efficient organization skills, able to prioritize and multitask
  • Team player, used to communicate across the organization both internally and externally
  • Being proactive by offering new ideas
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adobe Photoshop and InDesign knowledge is a plus
