A Rotating Receptionist Role at Aquatis Hotel SA

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused receptionist to join our Front Office team. This permanent position involves handling customer check-in, billing, cash transactions, and responding to reviews.

• Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless guest experiences through efficient processing of arrivals and departures, managing telephone calls and emails in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be familiar with hotel operations software (X 8), and have the ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of autonomy and flexibility. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability during variable shifts would be beneficial for this role.
