To strengthen our Enterprise Transformation team, we are looking for an Intern Workforce & Organizational Transformation for a period of 6+ months (M/F/d)

Bring to life what's next:


  • Support the project team in the implementation and coordination of business and IT projects in workforce & organizational transformation.
  • Independently lead smaller work packages.
  • Conduct market research & perform data analysis.
  • Support in preparing and conducting client workshops.
  • Learn & improve consulting skillset and methods.

Your qualifications:

-
Academic excellency: outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social sciences or Information Technology

Industry knowledge: initial experience in digital transformation from previous internships; Exposure to change management, HR strategy, and organizational development.

Consulting experience: first experience in consulting and project management favorable.

Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.


Digital affinity:
very good MS Office skills.
