Do you want to help us continue our success story? As part of an interdisciplinary, agile team that drives innovation at LGT, you have the opportunity to actively shape our digitalization strategy and thus our future.

Over the next few years, we want to combine the best of the analog and digital worlds to create a truly personal client experience with cutting-edge digital services and products.

Responsibilities:

Development/further development of quality assurance for online banking
Ownership of test concept and test roadmap
Coordination of test campaigns and test reporting
Integration of automated tests in the CI/CD pipeline
Coaching of developers and test engineers in test automation
Use of established frameworks and platforms
Ensuring high software quality

Unsere Anforderungen

Extensive experience in developing quality assurance systems
Fluent English and very good written and spoken command of German highly preferrable
Management and coaching of employees
Practical experience in agile software development
Excellent team and communication skills
