Credit ManagerYour Tasks

Reporting to the Head of Accounting & Financial Reporting, you will join the Accounts Receivable – Contentieux department, where you will become the supervisor of 5 people.

Focus is on solution-oriented thinking, languages, and cooperation with other departments and third parties in the medical sector.

As you are directly involved in the company's cash management, this is a role with visibility where you will have the ability to develop new procedures and processes.

Working with the accounting team and project managers to ensure that the processes are in place to invoice on timeSupervise collectors who are responsible for decision making on customers, risk assessments and cash applications in multiple systemsIdentify opportunities to improve automation and efficiency through policy, procedure, process and systems for the Swiss marketMonitoring aging and discuss corrective actions with local AR team and sales teamCreate and drive the strategic operating plan within own area of responsibilityManage the credit journey for the customers constantly looking for ways to improve the service offeredWork closely with Customer Service team to identify and support customers via the customer journey who are experiencing challenges in making payments on the terms originally agreedManaging the order to cash cycle to ensure working capital objectives are achievedYour Profile

Min. 5 years of solid experience in credit management understanding of the medical world (Health insurance /TARMED, OFAZ)Min.


5 years Leading experienceLanguages:
French/English/German written and spoken at least at Level B2Good communications skills (Interfaces with Insurance companies, Customer Service, IT, Collector Companies)We Offer
