- A teaching qualification, pastoral or hospitality equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of pastoral, teaching, hospitality experience
- Extensive experience of delivering pastoral care to students of mixed age groups
- Experience with 1:1 tutoring as well as mentoring or well-being counselling
