Main Tasks:

• Participate in the OMS Further Development Project, engaging in:
• Analyzing and validating requirements for the Order Management System
• Designing and implementing modules and interfaces for the securities order management system
• Integrating, customizing, and managing the lifecycle of existing OMS components (Front Arena)
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, external partners, and exchanges & brokers
• Taking on support shifts for the order management system Requirements:
• Experience in developing and integrating applications and interfaces
• Knowledge and interest in securities trading / Equity & Fixed-Income Trading
• Quick understanding of complex relationships and dependencies
• Analytical thinking and a keen eye for quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with independence and resilience
• Proficiency in German (C1) and English
• Several years of hands-on experience with Front Arena (AIMS, AMAS, AFG, OMNI, TNP)
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science
• Familiarity with the FIX protocol
• Proficiency in working with Windows Server & Cluster, MSSQL, PowerShell
• Previous experience as a software developer with Java and a plus if familiar with Python
• Knowledge of Linux and ELK Stack are advantageous
• Language proficiency: Negotiation level in both German and English
