Surrounded by a private park, the five-star hotel is located directly on Gstaad's famous promenade and has 57 elegant guest rooms.

We are looking for someone to start in July for the position of:

Assistant Human Resources Intern (m/w/d)

• Assist with recruiting - declare vacancies, post offers - according to budget requirements
• Understand the needs and expectations from our Heads of Departments
• Ensure a smooth entry and exit process from A-Z
• Assist the HR Manager in room allocations and inspections during the season
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance employee satisfaction
• Prepare offers, payslips and certificates
• Assistance in drawing up employment contracts, obtaining work permits, processing accident and illness reports
• Organize the end of contract documents
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant applicable laws and regulations in accordance with the L-GAV

• Reliable, discreet and warm personality up for a new challenge
• Independant and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, other language of Swizerland (French & German) will be a plus
