    We are seeking a dedicated and organized Team Assistant to join our team in the not-for-profit sector. As a Team Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various initiatives and projects within our organization. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and make a positive impact in our community.

    Missions

  • Event Planning and Organization:
    • Assist in planning and organizing meetings, retreats, and events.
    • Contribute to the development of presentations, including drafting PowerPoint presentations for quarterly town hall meetings.
    • Facilitate team-building activities and events as required.
    • Provide support in the recruitment process for consultants, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Document Management and Reporting:
    • Manage SharePoint to ensure timely filing of reports and documents, supporting audit readiness.
    • Organize key documents and maintain visibility within the SharePoint platform.
    • Regularly review and adjust SharePoint organization as necessary.
  • Procurement Support:
    • Assist in the procurement process by creating and updating supplier profiles in Fusion.
    • Coordinate the circulation of memos for signature and create requisitions as needed.
    • Provide support to suppliers, including assistance with iSupplier and invoice payments.
    • Maintain supplier performance database and act as a liaison with the Sourcing department.
  • Office Management:
    • Manage communication from the Strategic Initiatives email address and update distribution lists accordingly.
  • Travel Coordination:
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for both online and offline consultants as requested.
    • Provide travel support for participants attending organization events.
  • Profil du candidat

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
