Your responsibilities:

Operational Leadership of all procurement activities across Client Contract
Supports & deputises for Head of Project Procurement
Develops Procurement Concept for Client Projects
Coordinates and manages lots allocated to Cat Mgr's, SPMs & buyers
Executes procurement of lots as defined in personal scope
Represents SM within Project Team
Resolution or escalation of all procurement claims
Drives effectiveness and efficiency of operational procurement tasks
Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
Communicates effectively with cross functional peers relating to Project Procurement activities
Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to company processes
Supports the department in achieving objectives
All other duties as reasonably requested
Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them

Your experiences:

Job specific qualification

Graduate or FH / TH completion
Procurement experience in International & Technical environment or entry of Senior PM / PM with good commercial capability (normally via SPM position)
Interdisciplinary project management experience
Good social skills and reputation for integrity
Motivates peers and leads by example
Takes responsibility for ensuring best outcomes
Selfmotivated and capable of leading multifunctional teams
Capable of training specific procurement skills at lower levels
Able to communicate at all levels
Promotes internal and external collaboration, based on the company values
Experienced in use of standard methods in order to identify complex problems and ensures implementation of suitable holistic solutions
Deputises in comparable fields
