Description:

With assets under management of CHF 126.8 billion as at the end of 2018 and a professional, global workforce of around 1,781 people, UBP is a major player in Switzerland's wealth-management industry.

Headquartered in Geneva, the Bank has over twenty locations in key economic and financial hubs worldwide, enabling it to combine global expertise with local know-how.

Mission:

Driving the Pricing Management as well as key business projects for Wealth Management, with a focus on our European Markets.

Those comprise our branches in Zurich, Luxemburg, London, and Basel.

Challenges:

Responsible of the whole lifecycle of the European Markets Pricing Management (adoption, reporting, upgrade) with the objective of offering full transparency on special conditions granted to clients and to take part in pricing projects to improve WM's revenues.

Close collaboration with Head of Pricing Management in Geneva.

Management of business initiatives across European Markets aiming to enhance revenue and reduce cost, participate in global Wealth Management efforts and provisioning support to the Head of Wealth Management European Markets.

Main responsibilities:

Act as a recognized and trustworthy "centre of competences" for the Front Office in Zurich, Basel, London, and Luxemburg

Provide guidance to RMs/Markets Heads to align their requests with WM objectives

Support adoption of the Pricing Management Tool and provide training

Maintain the Pricing Management Tool

Follow-up of special pricing conditions provided with conditionalities

Creation and provision of management reporting

Lead (part of) business initiatives

Devise project plans and track progress

Deliver work packages in high quality under time pressure

Manage key stakeholder relationships within the bank

Provide ad-hoc support for the Head of WM European Markets

Deliver analysis and presentations

Execute support tasks

Education:

Education: Master Degree
IT Tools: Very good in Excel and other MS tools

Experience:

Years of experience: 37 : intermediate
Experience required: Min. 5 years' experience in banking Previous experience in a pricing management function or management consulting
Experience in private banking: Mandatory

Language:

English: Fluent
German: Fluent

Personal skills:

Swiss resident: Mandatory

Strong knowledge and experience of Wealth Management products and service offering Excellent knowledge and experience with respect to a bank's P&L and its key drivers Adherence to the company's values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility Strong interpersonal and project management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the flexibility to interact on all different seniority levels Reliable, flexible and service oriented Stress resistant Fluent in English and German, other languages are an added value
