    SENIOR ANALYTICAL PROJECT MANAGER

    Votre Mission :

    Gérer des projets analytiques au sein du département CMC de Transposition Industrielle dont la mission est de développer et d'industrialiser des produits pharmaceutiques dès le début des phases cliniques et ce jusqu'à la commercialisation, et d'assurer le life cycle management des produits commercialisés au travers de projets d'amélioration et de sécurisation.

    Etablir des plans de développement analytiques intégrant les requis technico-réglementaires nécessaires suivant la phase de développement et coordonner/superviser les activités en accord avec ces plans, en respectant la qualité, les délais et les coûts annoncés.

    Vos Responsabilités :

  • Etablir et conduire la stratégie de développement de projets analytiques au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires intégrant des experts en développement de procédés, développement de devices d'injection, toxicologie…etc.
  • Superviser le transfert et l'optimisation de méthodes analytiques (chromatographie liquide, tests de dissolution…) essentiellement sur des peptides/produits formulés à base de peptides, la réalisation de tests de stress et de dégradation forcée, de tests de robustesse, et apporter un support à la validation.
  • Supporter le développement et la validation de procédés de fabrication et de primary container, y compris en apportant son expertise dans les analyses de risques se rapportant à ces activités.
  • Participer à la mise en place des spécifications sur les matières premières, les produits intermédiaires et produits finis.
  • Participer à la rédaction de dossiers réglementaires et de divers documents CMC nécessitant l'apport de son expertise.
  • Gérer des activités analytiques en sous-traitance chez des CRO/CDMO et les relations avec ces partenaires externes.
  • Superviser la qualification des nouvelles technologies.
  • Mettre en place l'Analytical Quality By Design (AQBD).

    • Requirements

    Votre Profil :

  • PhD en chimie analytique ou équivalent, avec minimum 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le développement analytique, dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou comme chef de projet en académique. De l'expérience dans le domaine des peptides, notamment sur les précurseurs de radioligands, serait un plus.
  • Expérience antérieure en management de projets, idéalement dans des projets avec un fonctionnement matriciel et dans un environnement cGMP.
  • Très bonne connaissance des guidelines règlementaires en rapport avec le développement analytique.
  • Esprit collaboratif, proactif, avec une volonté de faire toujours mieux. Capacité de balancer les risques associés à un projet, notamment qualité, en faisant preuve de pragmatisme et d'efficience.
  • Capacité à synthétiser l'information et à la restituer de manière adaptée, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, notamment dans la communication aux autorités de santé.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
