Position Purpose
The job holder is responsible to develop and maintain the best-in-class overall Monitoring program.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Performance Qualification Strategy including procedures, protocols and reports
  • Clean Utilies and Environmental Monitoring program and sampling plans
  • Trend evaluation
  • Deviations, CAPAs, Change Control and OO
  • Health authority inspections and customer audits

Technical Responsibilities
The position holder acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Clean Utilities and Environmental Monitoring aspects.


The position holder develops and maintains procedures, working instruction and protocols/reports related to the Performance Qualification of Rooms and Clean Utilities.


Developing and maintaining the monitoring and trending program including required procedure and monitoring/trending reports are also part of the position.

This position leads and/or supporrts deviation investigations and change controls related to monitoring in collaboration with key partners.

Acitvely contributes to continuous quality improvement initiatives, safety initiatives and issues as well as near miss reporting and follow-up.

The position holder presents qualification procedures, strategies, and all related monitoring documents in inspections and customer audits.


Education


Degree (Bachelor or Master) in the Life Science area (chemistry, biochemistry or biology) with several year professional experience in a laboratory environment.

Lower educational background (apprenticeship as Laboratory assistant) could be accepted, as applicable, in case of former experience in industry.


Experience & Competences
- min 2 years' experience in a GMP regulated environment

  • Confirmed Experience in Quality Systems like Change control, deviation including investigation, CAPA implementation
  • Able to work collaboratively to ensure results are achieved
  • Thinks and acts with a customercentric attitude
  • Takes personal accountability for presence, performance, and productivity for the achievements of defined objectives
  • Languages: proficient in German and English
