About the role

Recruitment consultant (w/m/d) for Interim management's team

Permanent position at 100%

Office based on Geneva

As a LHH
Recruitment Consultant (Senior), you'll manage a portfolio of clients for whom you will recruit
Middle and Top managers in Suisse Romande.

On the one hand, you'll carry out a Business Development activity, which consists of prospecting for new clients and developing existing clients, and on the other hand, an HR mission of screening and selecting the best Talents to fill the positions previously defined with the client.

In collaboration with the client, you will participate in the elaboration of the list of attributions and tasks and to develop the perfect profile with the adequate skills for the position to be filled.

What you'll be doing

Write the content and publishing the job offer (press, internet...)
At the end of the mission, you invoice the client according to the T&C validated at the beginning of the mission
You also ensure that the invoice is correctly paid

About you

You have a commercial background and
2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position,
You are familiar with the field of recruitment and sales of HR services (recruitment),
You enjoy regular travel (Suisse Romande) and meeting customers,
You have a strong sense of initiative, and you like to be in contact with customers,
You have a taste for challenge and are resultsoriented,
