Beschreibung

In order to strengthen our clients team in its prestigious boutique in Geneva, we are currently seeking their future Deputy Store Manager, who will lead the sales team to new heights.


POSITION


As ambassador of the Brand, you will actively participate in the development of revenue and profitability in all store areas: sales, operations and after-sales service for High-Jewelry, Watches and Accessories; and will actively support the team in any activities.


In this role, you will second the Geneva Boutique Director in daily activities and support him/her in coordinating the team of client advisors, while implementing ad-hoc client activation initiatives.

You will aim to offer a unique client experience and a top quality of service to develop strong client relationships.


You will continuously manage sales activities related to all product categories; High Jewelry, Watches and Accessories, achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.

In this role, and together with the team, you will also:

  • Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Build and maintain a loyal portfolio of customers
  • Recruit, lead and grow a team with a growth mindset, passion and enthusiasm
  • Exceed personal & team service and sales targets
Be the driving force behind new and ongoing service and sales opportunities, directly impacting the growth and success of the boutique

PROFILE
For this challenging position as Deputy Manager, we are seeking a managerial and sales Talent with the following characteristics:

  • 10+ years Premium & Luxury retail Sales experience
  • Exposure to product categories such as Jewellery, Fashion or Lifestyle Brands
  • Ability to motivate, manage and develop a team
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills applied to Retail sales teams
  • Solid CRM skills and habits
  • A winning personality to easily establish trusting relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to details with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Selfmotivated, with customer service mindset and creative problemsolving skills
  • Excellent presentation as well as oral and written communication skills
