    Your day-to-day

    Ensures limousine reservations and takes care of all the requests arising from it, while respecting the established procedures.

    Books theatre seats, restaurant tables, excursions, plane tickets, car rentals, and all other customer requests.

    Maintains the "Book of Instructions" where all information concerning future and past limousine rentals, restaurant reservations, miscellaneous reservations and all instructions are recorded for possible investigations and complaints.

    Is in charge of collecting parking fees.

    Ensures compliance with all Baggage and Delivery procedures.

    Ensures that mail and fax procedures are followed at all times.

    Ensures that all correspondence arriving by courier, mail and special delivery is recorded in the book.

    Ensures that all incoming mail and parcels are properly recorded and stored.

    Ensures that any unclaimed mail or packages are tracked.

    Handles and dispatches packages from guests or other departments via a courier service.

    Ensures that the parking is properly invoiced for guests with contracts and prepares the related monthly invoices.

    May perform the duties of a Bellboy to help the Uniform Services team.

    May perform the duties of a Front Office Agent (Check-ins, Check-out, etc.).

    Respects and applies InterContinental standards, IHG SOPs and LQA standards.

    Promotes the other services offered by the hotel and the hotel group.

    Knows perfectly the group's loyalty programs.

    Has a perfect knowledge of the offer in general, so as to be able to respond to any request for information on the part of the customer.

    Has very solid knowledge of the hotel's surroundings and the city in order to advise guests.

    Keeps himself informed of all events taking place inside and outside the hotel (fairs, conventions, meetings, exhibitions, etc.) and ensures that all employees present are duly informed.

    Makes sure the concierge, lobby and luggage area are kept clean and tidy.

    Ensures that all guests requests are dealt with immediately and promptly.

    Helps in the coordination of the Uniform Services staff.

    Helps training new collaborators in the service.

    Builds and maintains effective relationships with the other departments.

    Conveys the right values and the good behaviors in his service as well as towards his colleagues and his hierarchy.

    Informs the Management Team of any incident or problem that occurs during work hours, particularly those he is not able to solve or whose importance justifies it, whether it concerns work-related issues or employee-related problems.

    Applies procedures and policies within the hotel and all new procedures according to the management orders and submits new propositions to the Management in order to improve the department efficiency.

    Applies the internal procedures in terms of health, hygiene and safety.

    Applies and enforces environmental good practices in his department, particularly as part of the Green Globe certification (waste sorting, black & white printing, paperless meeting, etc.).

    May exceptionally perform other duties at the request of his hierarchy.

    What we need from you

    Higher degree in Hospitality or from a Concierge school. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position or as a Bellboy in a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5-star) and capacity (+200 rooms). Excellent knowledge of the hotels and its surroundings.

    Fluent French and English. Mastering a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Opera and Concierge Organizer.
